Her leadership helped clients optimize revenue cycles, strengthen compliance, and navigate major organizational change. Dr. Laura Kathryn Neal is a nationally recognized healthcare education executive, organizational leader, and AI integration strategist with more than 25 years of experience shaping the future of healthcare and higher education. Her career has been defined by one consistent theme: helping people and systems thrive through clarity, strategy, and human-centered innovation.
Laura Kathryn has led at every level of academic and healthcare operations, serving as National Dean for a major university, where she launched five market-responsive healthcare programs, integrated AI and simulation into curriculum design, strengthened accreditation outcomes, and built strategic partnerships that created direct career pathways for more than 8,000 students annually. Her leadership has guided large academic teams, multimillion-dollar budgets, and national initiatives in curriculum development, workforce alignment, and digital transformation.
